Open in MapsThe entire lot west of the Loft is free and open to our guests — feel free to use any available spot. The two spots marked with our “Lake Street Loft — Parking Only” sign are dedicated to the Loft.
During the winter months, on-street parking is prohibited from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM — please use the lot overnight.
Please don’t leave boat trailers in the guest lot or the dedicated Loft spots. Trailer parking is available at the Boyne City boat launch — 525 N. Lake St, or grab a $10/day parking pass from Boyne City Hall (7:30 AM–4:30 PM) for the trailer lot off E. Division St. See the Boating section for details.
Need more parking? Use the unlimited green sections of the Boyne City downtown public parking map — the blue star marks the Loft’s location.
Bringing a boat or planning to rent one? You have your very own 45-foot boat slip — Slip #23 for your stay. Whether you're heading out for a sunrise cruise, fishing the afternoon away, or just soaking up the lake life, this spot is all yours.
Please secure all lines when the boat is not in use. No overnight stays on the boat. Let us know if you plan to use the slip or have any questions!

Washer & dryer
We've added a WiFi extender to improve coverage. If your signal is weak, you may need to manually switch to the extender's network (HomeWifi_EXT) in your device's WiFi settings. The password is the same as the main network.
Each room has two wall switches — one controls the overhead light, the other controls power to the ceiling fan. For a remote-controlled fan, make sure the fan wall switch is turned ON, then use the remote to adjust the fan speed. The remote does not control the lights.
Head to Boyne Water Sports on Lake Charlevoix — they'll equip you with everything you need to enjoy the water. (See the Boating section for your slip details.)
