• Never use accelerants or fire starters other than provided materials
• Never leave a fire burning overnight or unattended
• Never operate with the flue closed

Sauna

• Only pour water on the sauna rocks — no oils, drinks, or other liquids
• Maximum temperature: 190°F (90°C)
• Limit sessions to 20–30 minutes
• Always sit on a towel to keep benches clean for all guests
• Turn the sauna off after each session

Smart Home

• Whole-house audio: Built-in surround sound system — connection instructions are posted inside the home
• Smart TVs: Stream Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime and more via built-in apps. You may log in with your own account — please log out at checkout
• Google Nest thermostat: Tap the side of the unit and scroll to adjust the temperature
• WiFi extender: If signal is weak in certain areas, connect to the extender network — password is the same as the main network

What’s Available

• Outdoor pool — open Memorial Day through Labor Day (late May – early September). Perfect for summer days — bring sunscreen and towels!
• Indoor pool & hot tub — open Labor Day through Memorial Day (early September – late May). Great for year-round relaxation regardless of the weather outside.
• Sauna — open year round. Dry heat sauna available to all guests.
• Playground & picnic area — great for kids and family time outdoors.
• Inn the Woods Restaurant — right inside the clubhouse on your right as you enter. Lunch and dinner available — a convenient option when you don’t want to drive into town.

Getting There

• Address: 1535 Opal Lake Rd, Gaylord, MI 49735 — Get Directions
• It’s a short drive from the property — plug the address into your GPS for the easiest route
• Enter through the main front doors
• The restaurant (Inn the Woods) will be immediately on your right
• Continue straight down the hall — locker rooms and pool are at the end on your left
• Scan your keycard at the pool entrance door

Before you get in:

• Check water temperature before entering
• Rinse off before use
• Limit sessions to 15–20 minutes
• No glass or food in or around the hot tub
• Always replace the cover immediately after use — leaving the cover off causes the temperature to drop significantly and will result in an additional fee
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult

We want you to enjoy the grill! Please follow these steps to keep it in great shape for the next guests.

Getting Started

• Turn the propane valve on (turn counterclockwise to open)
• Set burners to HIGH and ignite
• Preheat for 5–10 minutes before cooking
• Grill your meal and enjoy!

After Use

• While the grill is still warm, use the grill brush to scrub the grates clean
• Turn all burners off and close the propane valve
• Allow the grill to cool completely before closing the lid
• If a cover is provided, please replace it
